Hot hentai games, sometimes called bishoujo, but not always, have been around for a while now. Titles for the hentai games exist on many of the most popular console gaming systems, such as Playstation and various others. But mostly these types of games can be found for PC. But as with most things these days, where they are most prevalent of all is online.
To clarify, bishoujo games are not necessarily hentai games, but some from this genre can fall into that category. Bishoujo games like “Princess Maker” are generally dating and relationship simulation games where you build your character and try your hand at love and romance. I only mention them here because some of the most popular bishoujo or relationship type games that exist in Japan have been turned into successful hot hentai manga and even hotter hentai anime.
The real hardcore hentai games, or eroge, are actually a further subgenre of the bishoujo games. These types of games are truly hentai as westerners understand and can relate to. They can have the sweetness of the normal dating sims, with hot girls and more or less normal sex. Or they can get pretty brutal, as most true hentai is prone to do. Not too many of these hentai type adult games have been released in the west, mainly because it’s seen more or less as blatant pornography and therefore gets blocked most of the time.
The age of the characters is usually an issue as well, as anybody that watches hentai can tell you. The female characters tend to be hot high school girls, which in the west is not tolerated as high school aged women, hot or not, are still considered as under aged. This creates a large problem with getting these games distributed. Although, some still make it through the cracks.
